Qualifications
A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent) with at least 2 years' post‑qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
A full UK driving licence.
Responsibilities
As a Roadside Technician within our Patrol division, you will deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support across the UK.
Whether it's a flat battery, tyre change, or complex fault‑finding, you will provide quick, confident solutions and reassurance when members need it most.
You will start and end your day at home, tackling challenges head‑on and making a real impact on the roadside, combining technical expertise with outstanding member service.
In varied settings—from busy roadside to quiet cul‑de‑sac—you will stay calm under pressure, think on your feet, and make the right call for each customer.
