We are looking for an exceptional Deputy Chief People Officer – Operational People Services to join our senior People leadership team and play a pivotal role in delivering modern, high impact People services across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of high quality, insight-driven operational People services
Oversee key functions including:
HR Business Partnering
Employee Relations & Investigations
Medical Staffing
Recruitment & Workforce Supply
HR Operations
Act as a trusted advisor to the Executive Team
Drive a “staff voice to action” approach, using workforce insight to inform decisions
Lead complex organisational change and workforce transformation programmes
Champion a Just and Learning Culture, embedding fairness, openness and continuous improvement
Key Qualifications
Significant senior HR/People leadership experience
Strong track record in:
Organisational change and transformation
Managing complex employee relations
Leading multi disciplinary HR teams
Deep expertise in employment law and workforce frameworks
Ability to:
Influence at Executive and Board level
Translate strategy into delivery
Use data and insight to drive improvement
