Location: This is a hybrid role, offering a combination of remote work and work from our Corby office. The position is on a 12-month fixed-term contract basis.
We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Financial Accountant to join our Finance team, supporting both EMEA operations and our Group entity. This role is crucial in maintaining robust financial controls, managing key accounting processes, and fostering a high-performing finance environment.
What you will be doing:
* Manage and maintain fixed asset registers for EMEA and Group entities, including month-end and year-end processes in SAP.
* Oversee treasury-related postings such as accruals and prepayments, and perform monthly reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
* Coordinate quarterly key controls checks (KCC) by collaborating closely with our internal team.
* Manage VAT reporting and support training across EMEA teams.
* Administer and review online banking access and user controls, building strong relationships with banking partners.
* Liaise with external and internal auditors, providing documentation and support for audit processes.
* Assist with national statistics reporting, inventory analysis, and offer flexible support to wider business functions.

* Ideally, you will have experience using SAP or a similar ERP system.
* You possess a positive outlook with a drive for continuous improvement and high performance.
* You are personable and team-oriented, enjoying collaboration and supporting others.
* You are a confident communicator, comfortable building strong relationships across a matrixed organization.
