Responsibilities
* Lead governance frameworks, performance metrics, and analysis from reporting tools to give leadership clarity and confidence to make informed decisions.
* Direct a small PMO team, coach and mentor PMO colleagues, and collaborate with delivery managers, product leaders, and stakeholders across the business to ensure initiatives are aligned, predictable, and delivering value.
* Facilitate key governance forums and influence senior stakeholders with clarity and credibility.
* Create an environment where transparency drives tangible performance improvements, with data accuracy and timely decision making as core priorities.
Qualifications
* Analytical, strategic, and passionate about delivery performance, data accuracy, and timely decision making.
* Experience managing governance and reporting for large, complex portfolios in a technology environment.
* Proficiency with Power BI, Microsoft Project, Jira, and Keyedin.
* Ability to build trusted relationships with delivery teams and lead in a global Portfolio or Programme Office environment is advantageous.
