I am currently recruiting for a rapidly growing, highly ambitious and expanding, nationally award-winning hotel group looking for a talented and experienced Junior Sous Chef to aid in their brigade for their quality hotel with 132rms and overseeing main restaurant of 100cv in the stunning Bedfordshire countryside.
The successful Junior Sous Chef, reporting into the Head Chef must have strong experience for 2yrs+ as Snr CDP or Junior Sous cooking with fresh produce in hotels or restaurants with 4* hotel dining operations within a midsize kitchen team.
In this instance, applicants will need access to personal transport and full eligibility to live and work in the UK.
