Job Summary:
The Data Solution Architect is a senior role responsible for designing SDT solutions that meet customer needs. You will work with practice management and SDT/Data teams from advisory and pre-sales to delivery and aftercare.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with Data Management colleagues, project teams, and third-party providers to design, implement, and assure quality of Data Migration technology, including the Natuvion DCS tool.
* Support the growth of SDT teams, improving methodology, knowledge, and delivery speed.
* Oversee SDT delivery quality with internal and external resources, ensuring scope and budget adherence.
* Assist Data Management leadership in pre-sales, project scoping, and defining project roadmaps and commercial offerings.
* Lead workshops and deliver customer roadmap, scope, and knowledge sessions.
* Act as Data Migration design authority, generating consulting revenue.
* Stay updated on SDT technologies, sharing knowledge and developing others.
* Support Data Migration Consultants as needed and lead data stream health checks.
* Identify and develop opportunities for repeat business and IP development.
Required Skills:
* Extensive experience in Selective Data Transformation and Data Migration with technical expertise.
* Proven leadership in complex SAP Data transformation projects.
* Excellent communication, influencing, and advisory skills.
* Successful track record in delivering complex architecture projects.
* Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building ability.
* Integrity, results-driven, and inspiring personality.
* Experience across various delivery scenarios, including S/4HANA conversions and M&A projects.
* Broad ABAP experience and deep SAP table structure knowledge.
Personal Profile:
* At least 10 years’ consulting experience, with 5+ years in SDT roles.
* Continuous learner, sharing expertise effectively.
* Leadership in SDT solution design and project delivery, with at least 5 full project lifecycles.
* Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary data teams and manage complex SAP projects.
