Job Title: Sales Consultant
Location: Winchester
Basic Salary: £12.21 per hour - 40 hours Full-time Contract
OTE: Between £28,000 - £31,000+ per annum
Shift and schedule: Trading hours are 9:30 am - 5:30 pm Monday to Saturday & 10:30 am - 4:30 pm Sunday. 5-7 day working pattern.

* Greeting and welcoming customers, creating a friendly atmosphere.
* Providing personalized product recommendations based on customer needs.
* Assisting customers with navigating the store, answering questions, and explaining product features.
* Maintaining visual merchandising standards.
* Processing transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
* Monitoring inventory levels and restocking as needed.
* Ensuring the shop remains clean and organized.
* Creating a welcoming environment with excellent customer service.
* Meeting sales targets and KPIs consistently.
* Bringing new ideas and strong communication skills to the team.
