💼 Role: Field Sales Executive
Area: Liverpool (Merseyside)
Due to rapid growth, we're looking for ambitious Field Sales Executives to join our team. You'll play a key role in driving distribution for our partner's high‑growth oral nicotine pouch brand within the independent convenience retail sector.
What You'll Be Doing:
6. 🔍 Identifying new distribution opportunities through targeted lead generation
7. 🤝 Building strong, trust‑based relationships with independent retailers
8. 📈 Driving brand presence with standout in‑store activation & merchandising
9. ⭐ Delivering excellent customer service and supporting store success
10. 🗺️ Managing your territory effectively to maximise productivity
11. 💻 Keeping CRM systems accurate and up to date
👤 About You
Essential:
12. 🚗 Full UK driving licence
13. 💼 Experience in B2B or B2C sales - field or internal
14. (Estate agents, telesales execs, retail professionals and current field reps all welcome!)
15. ⚡ Thrives in a fast‑paced environment
16. 👥 Outgoing team player with strong communication skills
17. ⏱️ Great time management & target driven
18. 💡 Commercially minded with hunger to exceed expectations
19. 🖥️ Confident with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

20. 💰 £28,500 base salary
