With multiple business units driving innovation across the industry, they are now seeking a dynamic Managing Director to lead one of their premium service-led businesses through its next phase of strategic growth and transformation. This is a pivotal leadership role following a recent acquisition and organisational realignment. The business operates across manufacturing and service, working closely with installers, builders, and end users to deliver high-quality technical products and solutions. What’s the challenge? You’ll shape and execute a winning market proposition across B2B and B2C segments, build and lead a newly structured management team, and drive commercial success in both existing and emerging markets. You’ll be hands-on, visible across manufacturing and distribution sites, and a key player in the broader group leadership team. Key Responsibilities: Define and deliver a 3–5 year business plan aligned with group strategy. Drive profitability through pricing, margin control, and operational efficiency. Champion customer journey excellence and service innovation. Build a high-performing, purpose-driven leadership team. Lead cultural transformation and embed continuous improvement.
