Job Description:

Are you a detail-oriented Legal PA or operations specialist with a passion for legal technology? Do you excel at improving systems and supporting colleagues in a modern law firm environment? My client, a leading law firm committed to innovation and inclusiveness, is seeking a Legal Case Management Systems Champion for a fixed-term contract in Maidstone.

This role is hybrid.

As the Legal Case Management Systems Champion, you will drive enhancements to the firm’s case management system, support upgrades, lead user training, and help colleagues optimize the technology used in their work.


Key Responsibilities

* Identify and implement improvements to the legal case management system.
* Participate in data improvement forums, identify opportunities for enhancements, and promote best practices.
* Support user acceptance testing (UAT) for system changes and new features.
* Provide expert support for training and be the primary contact for user queries.
* Maintain accurate records (Courts, Mediators, Experts, etc.).
* Act as the main contact for system engagement and user feedback, offering practical insights for better adoption.
* Assist in preparing process documentation and user guides.
* Manage access permissions, ensuring privacy and security standards are upheld.

Applicants MUST HAVE hands-on experience with legal case management systems, or be a Legal PA with strong systems skills and confidence with technology.

You should be detail-focused, analytical, and proactive in spotting data quality improvements. Excellent communication skills and the ability to support and train colleagues, translating technical concepts into clear language, are essential.
