Job Description
* Collaborate with Global CFO, Region Finance Heads, and other stakeholders to coordinate, track, and boost economic and financial performance.
* Provide accountability for SM Finance in strategic collaborations and global category management.
* Develop financial scenarios and evaluate procurement income strategies globally.
* Build, interpret, and communicate supply sourcing models, ensuring delegation adherence.
* Contribute to digitalization from a finance perspective.
* Translate initiatives into actionable plans for efficiency gains.
* Implement financial innovation in activities.
* Drive budget, forecast, and quarterly business reviews.
* Define and improve performance reporting standards.
* Develop and maintain Global SM definitions and rules.
* Consolidate performance narrative, challenge regions on results, and ensure integrity of information.

* Operational Purchasing background with financial and transversal project management experience.
* Process-oriented and organized with strong analytical skills.
* Proactive individual with effective planning abilities, agility in systems and data management.
* Ability to work transversally without authority, liaison with regions, and top management.
* Leadership qualities in a multi-cultural environment, strong communication, and presentation skills.
* Flexible and pragmatic, capable of dealing with complexity.
* 15+ years post-qualification experience.
* Global mindset, international experience and/or exposure is an advantage.
* Fluency in English mandatory; any other language is an advantage.
