We're looking for someone who can:
* Lead the end-to-end bid and tender process, including pipelining, triage, agency coordination, and reporting.
* Write compelling, win-theme focused responses for strategic bids and design impactful pitch presentations.
* Chair the Pipeline Triage Committee, owning decision-making frameworks and KPIs.
* Maintain and evolve a best-in-class Bid Library to support self-service and bespoke submissions.
* Collaborate with business leaders to showcase capabilities and enhance external market perception.
* Develop response and presentation templates to elevate brand visibility and efficiency.
* Analyse bid outcomes and feedback to identify gaps, challenge inefficiencies, and drive profitable growth.
* Build strong cross-functional relationships to improve bid inputs and streamline response times.
* Provide operational planning support to Strategic Sales teams to maximise portfolio opportunities.
* Gather market insights to strengthen broker value propositions and support distribution expansion.
* Manage operational budgets for strategic frameworks and partnerships, ensuring ROI delivery.
You'll have:
* Proven experience managing and delivering high-quality tenders under tight deadlines.
* Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at VP/Director level.
* Advanced communication, relationship-building, and project management capabilities.
* A creative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
* Solid understanding of data, market dynamics, and proposition development.
* Experience working in complex, customer-facing environments.
