Responsibilities
* Deliver accredited and non-accredited courses (ECITB, CITB, City & Guilds, Qualsafe, First Aid, Confined Space, Fire Safety, and more).
* Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of associate trainers.
* Keep us audit-ready with awarding bodies and quality standards.
* Partner with our Marketing Team to make training look as good as it feels — through social media, campaigns, and events.
* Innovate! Bring digital learning, blended delivery, and fresh ideas to the classroom.
