Position Overview: As a Product Manager Lead for US Digital Design (USDD), you will be a visionary and evangelist for Fire hardware and software products, with a primary focus on automated dispatch, digitization of alarm transmission, and SAAS solutions for ECCs and Fire Departments. You will be responsible for driving the successful launch of new products and features, from concept to market delivery. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading NPI programs, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of driving innovation and growth within a product portfolio. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment and familiarity with agile methodologies is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Product Portfolio Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product portfolio strategy aligned with business objectives and market opportunities. Define the vision, goals, and priorities for the product portfolio and ensure alignment with broader company strategies. Product Roadmap Management : Lead the development and management of product roadmaps for the entire portfolio, outlining key initiatives, features, and enhancements to be delivered over time. Prioritize initiatives based on market trends, customer needs, and business priorities. Cross-functional Collaboration : Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to drive portfolio initiatives forward. Facilitate communication and coordination between teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption. YOU MUST HAVE : Minimum of 6 years of expertise in managing a portfolio of products, projects, and investments. Proven track record in portfolio performance management and lifecycle management.
