Overview

As a Be Well Receptionist, you will work within the various leisure facilities across the Borough. You will act as the first point of contact for service users and will support customers with a range of enquiries including bookings for swimming lessons and gym sessions, and promote the benefits of the Be Well membership packages.


Responsibilities

* Act as the first point of contact for service users, providing comprehensive and effective telephony, online and face-to-face customer advisory service.
* Support customers with a range of enquiries, including bookings for swimming lessons and gym sessions.
* Promote the benefits of the Be Well membership packages.

Actively engage and provide professional responses to resolve customer queries using effective communication skills.


Qualifications

* Ability to plan, work, and manage time efficiently and effectively.
* Good organisational, verbal and written communication skills.
* Good knowledge of computer systems and experience in inputting and extracting data such as databases, spreadsheets, word‑processing packages, and email.
* Experience in a customer service environment is beneficial.

Salary & Hours

Salary: Grade 3, £1,340 - £1,382 per annum. (£12.85 - £13.26 per hour)

Hours: 2 hours per week (This role operates on an annualised hours contract. The hours will need to be worked flexibly to meet service needs. You may be required to work additional hours.)
