The Opportunity
As a Graduate Account Specialist, you’ll manage your own territory while learning how to build trusted partnerships with Primary Care healthcare professionals. You’ll be supported to understand customer needs, deliver high‑quality interactions, and help improve outcomes for patients with respiratory conditions.
This role is ideal for graduates who are curious, motivated, and excited by the idea of combining science, business and relationship‑building.
Who You’ll Work With
* GPs and GP Practices
* Practice Nurses and Pharmacists
* Primary Care Networks (PCNs) and practice clusters
What You’ll Be Doing
* Acting as a key point of contact for Primary Care customers
* Promoting respiratory medicines in a professional, customer‑centric way
* Learning how to develop and deliver effective account plans
* Gaining insight into local healthcare challenges and priorities
* Supporting educational initiatives and service‑based projects
* Using a mix of face‑to‑face and digital engagement
* Working to clear objectives while operating to the highest ethical standards
About You
We’re looking for graduates who are:
* Educated to degree level (ideally a science based degree)
* Passionate about healthcare and improving patient outcomes
* Confident communicators with strong interpersonal skills
* Self‑motivated, organised and eager to learn
* Interested in a field‑based commercial role
