We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist and Administrator to join our Lancashire Service. Our Administrators play an integral part in supporting the team, providing administrative and clerical support to enable delivery of services and ensure service users receive the help and support they need to achieve their goals.
About the Role
As first point of contact within the service, you will ensure that telephone calls and visits from service users, outside agencies and Change Grow Live staff are dealt with promptly and courteously, transferring calls to appropriate personnel when necessary. You will also support effective processing of correspondence/data entry, collate and report data/information, maintain admin/record-keeping/communication within the project, and provide effective prescription and general administration across the service.

* Maintain admin, record-keeping and communication within the project.
* Provide effective prescription and general administration across the service.
About You
* Knowledge of general office procedures.
* IT literacy including proficiency in word processing, Excel spreadsheets and data entry.
* Good interpersonal skills and a willingness to work flexibly as part of a team.
* Ability to respond to appropriate requests for assistance while maintaining confidentiality.
* Solid numeric skills.
* Good organisational skills.
* Minute taking experience would be an advantage.
Hours and Salary
Hours: 15 hours per week, Part Time
Salary: £25,077 per annum (based on full-time hours, pro rata for part-time). Full-time hours are 37.5 hours per week; salaries for part-time roles are pro rata based on contracted hours.
