About the Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Paralegal working closely with an experienced team within our client’s Commercial Property department. This is a fantastic entry-level role offering hands-on experience, structured support, and clear progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assisting with transactional commercial property matters
2. Supporting a strong pipeline of post-completion work
3. Preparing legal documents and managing case files
4. Liaising with clients, third parties, and internal teams
5. Providing general paralegal support across the wider team when required
About You
6. Some property experience is desirable but not essential (full training provided)
7. A strong willingness to learn and develop within a legal environment
8. Ability to take initiative and manage tasks independently
9. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
10. A positive attitude with a proactive, “can-do” approach
