Position: Early Years Practitioner - Primary School
Start Date: September 2025
Location: Barking & Dagenham - East London Primary School
Responsibilities
1. Create interactive and engaging activities to support the EYFS.
2. Assess children's progress and keep records on each child.
3. Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
4. Collaborate with colleagues to develop educational materials and strategies.
5. Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding the children's performance and progress.
6. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills, such as noodle now training.
Experience
1. Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Studies.
2. Previous experience working with students in an educational setting preferred.
3. Strong knowledge of subject matter and curriculum standards - EYFS.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
6. Proficient in using technology for instructional purposes.
