Role Overview
As a Sales & Account Manager, you'll play a key role in growing and supporting our UK client base. Working across clubs, universities, charities, and corporate customers, you'll build long-term relationships, identify new opportunities, and deliver the outstanding service Kalas is known for.
This role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years' sales or account management experience, who shares our love of cycling.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and nurture relationships with clubs, groups, and organisations.
* Drive sales growth through both new business development and account management.
* Guide customers through the full sales cycle from first enquiry and design consultation to delivery.
* Present and promote products, explaining features and benefits clearly.
* Manage and track sales pipelines and opportunities in our CRM system.
* Work collaboratively with design, production, and marketing teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
* Represent Kalas at events, client meetings, and on-site visits.
Skills & Qualifications
* 1–3 years' experience in sales or account management (sports, apparel, or cycling industry experience preferred).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to build rapport quickly.
* Passion for cycling and a strong understanding of the club/group culture.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
* Highly organised and detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple accounts.
* Good literacy, numeracy, and computer skills (CRM, Microsoft Office; Design knowledge and Experience an advantage).
* Willingness to travel across the UK to meet clients and attend events.
