We’re looking for a progressive and experienced Digital Communications Manager to join our digital team and take the lead on our firm's website strategy.
This is an exciting role for someone who’s passionate about technology, creative content and communications, with the enthusiasm and knowledge to drive measurable commercial results through strategic channel execution.
You’ll be responsible for defining the future roadmap of our corporate website, overseeing and improving website content, structure and lead generation, contributing to our SEO strategy, and managing our inhouse web team.
You’ll make an impact by:
1. Leading the strategic planning, development, and maintenance of the corporate website to ensure it aligns with overall business objectives and brand standards
2. Working closely with content creators to help them tell our story through visual and engaging website content that appeals to talent, prospects and clients alike
3. Overseeing all website updates, content publishing, design changes, and feature enhancements, managing the process from conception through to launch
4. Ensuring the website delivers an exceptional user experience, is future thinking and fully optimised for speed, security, mobile responsiveness, and WCAG AA accessibility
5. Managing project workflows, deadlines, and resource allocation for all website projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery
What we are looking for:

6. Professional experience of large, CMS driven website management, content creation and digital marketing and communications, including time spent in a management or leadership position
7. Practical knowledge of SEO best practices and a track record of successfully delivering significant, measurable growth in organic traffic.
8. Excellent creative communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to articulate complex digital ideas to non-technical audiences.
9. Expert-level proficiency with web analytics platforms, including Google Analytics 4 and Adobe Analytics, and leading SEO tools including SEMRush.
10. Strong technical understanding of Content Management Systems (CMS) and their strategic application.
