This role is all about turning Customer & Market insights into action and ensuring our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies deliver real impact. Y ou’ll be at the centre of bringing sector opportunities to life – connecting Customer & Market insights with teams, and resources so great ideas translate into measurable outcomes. Acting as the bridge between Customer and Market Development (CMD) teams, Sales, and the wider business, you’ll make collaboration seamless, sharpen how we share information across the business, and ensure colleagues have the tools and materials they need to succeed. Key Responsibilities: You will collaborate with Customer Sector Insights (CSI) Lead to identify target sub-sectors for GTM initiatives through detailed sales analysis. You will co-ordinate the creation of sector-specific GTM documents such as Cascades and OGSMs. You will own and maintain the project plan for GTM execution as agreed with the CSI Manager. You will be responsible for the development, deployment, and maintenance of a globally accessible information sharing system, designed to make it easy for Sales Engineers to find and use sales tools, training materials and marketing collateral. You will be working in collaboration with the Customer and Market Development (CMD) Teams, as required, to ensure GTM opportunities are identified, documented and executed. You will be working in collaboration with the Sales Teams and broader CMD to deliver sector support resources such as Application Summary Cards and Sector RTM Handbooks. You will lead the implementation and management of segmentation in CRM through collaboration with the CRM team to deliver insights on the Dynamic Sales Process across the sector. You will collaborate with Customer Sector Insights (CSI) Lead to develop strategies based on the CRM insights to accelerate the sales cycle. You will collaborate with Global Sustainability to identify opportunities to incorporate sustainable initiatives and actions into GTM strategy to better meet our customer needs. You will support the Customer and Market Insights Manager in resolving any issues our customers may be facing by coordinating with internal teams. Skills/Experience: Excellent communication skills with confidence working across functions, regions, and seniority levels. Strong project management skills to facilitate planning, organising, and delivering cross-functional initiatives from concept to launch. The ability to align perspectives and bring people on board with new initiatives. Comfortable tackling challenges, finding solutions, and keeping momentum. Analytical thinking to interpret sales or CRM data and translate insights into practical action. Adaptability and resilience to deliver in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality across deliverables. Commercial awareness to understand how GTM activities drive business value.
