About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated publishing assistant to join a busy and fast‑paced environment within the publishing department. This position plays a vital role in ensuring that all vehicle documentation is complete, accurate, and processed efficiently. As a publishing assistant, you will help maintain smooth workflow operations and support the wider team in preparing vehicles for sale. You’ll be working in a professional setting with strong support, training, and opportunities to develop your skills and grow your career. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys organisation, accuracy, and working as part of a collaborative team.
The Ideal Publishing Assistant

* Motor trade experience is welcome but not essential
Key Responsibilities
* Checking that all vehicle documents are present and correct
* Scanning documents into the internal system
* Creating a document folder for each vehicle
* Ensuring completed folders are placed into the correct vehicle
* Supporting the team with general administrative tasks
