Position Overview We are seeking a talented UI React Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in building scalable, user-friendly interfaces using React, designing responsive UIs with Tailwind CSS, and developing and testing reusable UI components. A strong understanding of Storybook for component testing and documentation is essential. Key Responsibilities: UI Development Build and maintain responsive, accessible, and performant web interfaces using React and Tailwind CSS. Develop and implement reusable, scalable UI components. Component Design & Testing Create and document UI components using Storybook. Conduct component-level testing and ensure consistency across designs. Collaborate with the design team to translate mockups and prototypes into functional user interfaces. Collaboration & Integration Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless functionality. Optimize front-end code for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility. Quality Assurance Ensure adherence to UI/UX best practices and maintain high code quality standards. Perform thorough testing of UI components, including functional and visual tests. Qualifications: Technical Skills Strong proficiency in React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6). Solid experience with Tailwind CSS for responsive and scalable design. Proficient in using Storybook for UI component development and testing. Familiarity with modern front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Vite, or Parcel). Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or similar. Experience: 10 years of professional experience in front-end or UI development. Proven experience in creating reusable components and managing design systems. Soft Skills Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating excellent user experiences. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Effective communication and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with TypeScript in React applications. Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices.
