The role
is for you if:
1. Strong experience in OT/ICS cyber security within industrial sectors (manufacturing, energy, utilities, transport)
2. Working knowledge of industrial protocols and OT architectures (e.g. Modbus, DNP3, OPC UA)
3. Experience delivering OT cyber assessments and architecture reviews
4. Familiar with IEC, NIST ‑82, NIST CSF, and NCSC CAF
5. Comfortable operating in live industrial environments (plants, factories, substations)
6. Strong communicator, able to engage engineers and senior stakeholders
7. Experience leading workstreams or small teams
8. Exposure to Industry 4.0, IIoT, or smart manufacturing initiatives
9. Understanding of energy sector regulations (e.g. NIS / NIS2)
10. Experience with OT monitoring tools (e.g. Dragos, Claroty, Nozomi)
11. Relevant certifications (e.g. GICSP, IEC, CISSP, CISM)
12. Operationally aware, safety‑conscious, and pragmatic, with strong analytical skills
