The Finance Supervisor will oversee a small team of transactional finance staff. Description Duties of the Finance Supervisor include but are not limited to: Supervise daily accounting operations, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. Review and approve financial documents, including invoices and reconciliations. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies. Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts to support strategic planning. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes. Provide guidance and support to junior team members in the Accounting & Finance department. Prepare detailed financial reports for senior management review. Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements within finance operations.Profile A successful Finance Supervisor should have: A strong background in transactional finance. Proven ability to lead and manage a small team effectively. Experience with financial software and tools for reporting and analysis. A professional qualification in accounting or finance, or equivalent experience. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
