We are seeking a proactive and organised Project Coordinator to join our operations team. This role is essential in ensuring the seamless delivery of small works and projects, maintaining quality and customer satisfaction throughout.

Responsibilities;
* Maintain up-to-date status on all projects in progress (WIP) and ensure accurate project documentation, including costings, quotations, and client instructions.
* Coordinate project resources, including pre-installation surveys, materials, and labour, ensuring all requirements are met.
* Generate purchase orders for equipment and materials and allocate works to engineers/subcontractors.
* Communicate with clients to arrange appointments, share updates, and address queries.
* Manage project completion, ensuring works align with sales orders, engineers’ reports are accurate, and all necessary documentation (e.g. O&M manuals, Certificates, etc) is issued.
* Process invoices, update project details in company systems, and monitor project budgets.
Qualifications:
* Experience in project coordination in fire safety or related sectors.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in using project WIP tools (Excel) and Microsoft Office Suite.
