An opportunity to deliver full electrical design solutions on a range of building services and infrastructure projects for a key client. This role covers concept design through to site delivery, with responsibility for design leadership, project quality, and client engagement across multiple sites. Key Responsibilities * Deliver full electrical design: LV distribution, cable containment, lighting (with controls), fire alarms, small power, structured cabling * Provide concept design, costings, technical specs, and input to tender submissions * Carry out calculations for volt drop, supply sizing, and protection systems * Liaise with controls engineers to help develop control strategies and descriptions of operation * Produce drawings and calculations (manual/software) per RIBA stages and BG6 Design Framework * Conduct site surveys, snagging inspections, and generate reports * Attend internal and client meetings to update on progress and resolve issues * Monitor project quality and financials, and expand internal electrical/technical standards * Lead and mentor electrical design team as needed Essential Requirements * Minimum 5 years' experience in electrical design for building services/infrastructure * Chartered Engineer or working towards with CIBSE or IET * In-depth knowledge of: ...
