I'm recruiting for a Temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk to support a busy finance team based near East Midlands Airport. This is an urgent requirement, so candidates must be available to start at short notice.
Key duties:
1. High‑volume purchase invoice processing
2. PO matching, coding and posting invoices
3. Supplier statement and account reconciliations
4. Handling supplier queries
5. Supporting payment runs
6. Assisting with general AP and finance administration
Requirements:
7. Previous experience in a Purchase Ledger / Accounts Payable role
8. Dynamics 365 (D365) knowledge is essential
9. Strong attention to detail and ability to work at pace
10. Available to start ASAP
