Responsibilities
* Our Apprentice Sales Associates create amazing customer experiences and learn new skills!
* As an Apprentice Sales Associate youll become a committed and dedicated member of the team, youll play a key role in helping the store to maintain performance and meet sales targets.
* As new products are introduced in store, you will build your knowledge and develop your skills in customer service to ensure that you can deal with every type of customer enquiry.
* As the face of H. Samuel, we want you to reflect our brand, culture and customers. You certainly wont find our Store team members suited and booted. Instead, were proud of our teams unique personalities and to showcase this we have a fashion conscious, business casual dress code, which encourages our teams to celebrate their own tattoos, piercings and style!
Your background
If you would like to be a part of our amazing team, youll have a passion for delivering amazing customer service. While you may not specifically have jewellery experience, you will certainly have an interest in jewellery products and brands. A positive, can-do attitude is essential, with a natural ability for striking up a conversation with a diverse range of customers.

What’s next?
When you submit your application, you will be invited to complete a short online assessment. If successful, you will be asked to complete a short video which gives you the opportunity to tell us a little more about you and why you would like to join us. Successful applicants will be contacted by the store manager inviting you to the final stage interviews. Your Training
As an Apprentice Sales Associate you will undergo Introductory and Silver levels of our formal Signet Jewellery Academy training and development programme. You will also complete an Intermediate Retail Skills Apprenticeship with Technical Certificate and Key Skills. An experienced mentor will be on hand to support you for the duration of your Apprenticeship.
Your Rewards
We offer a training salary of £7.00 per hour, plus benefits, including sales incentives and staff discount. This applies to 16-18 year old Apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their Apprenticeship. For all other Apprentices the Apprentice National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies.
