What You Will Do
* Pack medical products according to work instructions and packaging specifications.
* Perform visual inspections to ensure product and packaging quality prior to shipment.
* Apply labels and packaging materials accurately to maintain product identification and traceability.
* Operate basic packaging equipment and tools as required.
* Complete required production and packaging documentation accurately and legibly.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packaging area in compliance with GMP and safety standards.
* Identify and report damaged, incorrect, or non‑conforming products or materials.
* Follow all company policies, quality procedures, and safety requirements.
* Support production goals and work effectively as part of a team.
What You Bring
* Prior experience in medical manufacturing, packaging, or warehouse environments is an asset.
* Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
* Strong attention to detail and quality awareness.
* Basic math and documentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
* Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
* Basic computer skills, preferably including experience with labeling or production software.
* Good manual dexterity and hand‑eye coordination and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
* Demonstrates excellent communication skills, team player, results oriented in a demanding environment.
* Problem‑solving aptitude and attention to detail.
* Ability to react quickly to changes.
Compensation & Benefits
The expected salary for this position is £25,650 annually.
