We are seeking to appoint a dedicated and adaptable SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs and Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). The role will involve working across the classroom as well as supporting small groups of pupils, with guidance from an experienced SENCo and a committed staff team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about inclusive education, has a patient and empathetic nature, and is eager to develop their skills in a caring and well-supported setting.
