* Hybrid working: We are developing a flexible and hybrid working approach with a minimum of 1 day per week in the office. Offices are located across Wales (Cardiff, Swansea, Rhyl, Felinheli, and Wrexham).
* Workplace support: Frontline workers have access to bi-monthly peer support, reflective practice groups facilitated by a counsellor, and 121 counselling sessions.
* Employee Assistance Programme: Offers support for personal issues impacting work performance, health, and wellbeing, including online resources, counselling, legal and financial support, and referrals.
* Shelter Cymru operates a contributory pension scheme with employer contributions of 4% and employee contributions of 5%.
* Non-contributory group life assurance scheme (up to twice the annual salary).
* Enhanced maternity, paternity, shared parental, and adoption pay.
