We are seeking an experienced Road & Air Freight Operator to manage import and export shipments while delivering a premiumwhite glovecustomer service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle end-to-end road and air freight shipments (import & export)
* Arrange collections, deliveries, and customs clearance
* Liaise with airlines, hauliers, overseas agents, and customers
* Prepare shipping documentation (AWBs, CMRs, invoices, etc.)
* Provide proactive updates and resolve shipment queries
* Ensure compliance with customs and company procedures
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years freight forwarding experience (road and/or air)
* Strong knowledge of UK import/export procedures
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
