Overview

Part‑time or Full‑time Performer Dentist required for 3-5 days per week in a Multi‑Disciplinary Modern, Purpose Built & INDEPENDENTLY OWNED mixed practice in Leyland, Lancashire.

This is an excellent opportunity to take over a well‑maintained NHS list while building meaningful private income with full clinical and operational support.

Earnings & Contract

1. 3000–5000 UDAs available
2. £14.00 per UDA
3. Proven private uptake with dedicated Treatment Co‑ordinator
4. Balanced NHS and private workload with genuine scope to increase private income
5. Realistic earning potential: £80,000–£120,000 per year take home
6. Private income split on a 50/50 basis
7. Start Date: Flexible (no later than September 2026)

Practice

1. Large, modern 14‑surgery practice
2. iTero scanner, CBCT/OPG, digital workflows
3. On‑site Clinical Dental Technician (excellent for private dentures)
4. Hygienist/Therapist support available
5. Established patient base with good attendance
6. Experienced, stable nursing and admin team
7. On‑site Practice Manager

• GDC certificate
• UK Blood test report showing Hep B Immunisation and Titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years

• Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
