Multi-Lingual Sales / Sales Support Are you an accomplished Internal Sales Executive looking to work in an established, market leading business? We have a unique opportunity for an Internal Sales Executive to join an expanding International organisation, based in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire. Job Summary The successful candidate will work closely with the Managing Director to proactively cold call target prospects to introduce our products/services, respond to and qualify incoming sales leads, as well as effectively manage existing customer accounts; to produce and follow up on quotations/proposals and other requests for sales assistance and to close sales. Other activities include maintaining the CRM and the use of Microsoft Office/365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc) for updating price lists and sales templates along with regular reporting. A good telephone manner is essential for receiving incoming and making outgoing sales calls, as well as holding virtual/on-line meetings. In addition to lead generation there will also be opportunities to represent the company at trade shows and there may be some occasional international travel. The role calls for strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with the ability to multi-task, organise and prioritise work. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate 5 years' experience in a similar position, along with the ability to recognize, qualify and close sales opportunities, combined with a flexible approach and positive attitude. Job Duties and Responsibilities Answer incoming calls in a professional and prompt manner Following up on sales leads and enquires from new and existing accounts Generate new sales leads and enquires from new target prospects Fully qualify enquiries/sales leads Enter sales leads into CRM (ACT) and allocate to sales team &/or follow up Ensure CRM (Act) is kept up to date Produce proposals and follow-up on quotations Updating price lists and quote templates Maximize customer satisfaction Demonstrably add value to partner business Weekly reporting In addition to lead generation there will also be opportunities to represent the company at trade shows along with potential for international travel Skills, Knowledge, and Experience 5 or more years working in a sales office or similar customer facing role, helping sales teams Multilingual - Fluent German, English, French Sales experience (face-2-face & via telephone) Producing sales quotes/proposals Use of Microsoft packages Sales order processing Has previously managed and help support a successful sales channel Excellent telephone manner with professional and confident approach Good at building rapport & relationships at all levels Ability to qualify requests for information and pricing
