About the
Role
As a Front
Office Host, you’ll be the welcoming face of the Fife Arms, ensuring every
guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay. You’ll be part of a creative, high‑performing
team that takes pride in exceptional service and genuine hospitality.
Your
responsibilities include:
* Delivering an outstanding guest journey
from check‑in to check‑out
* Communicating clearly and professionally
with guests and colleagues
* Bringing confidence, personality and
warmth to every interaction
* Creating a homely, welcoming atmosphere
throughout the hotel
* Identifying sales opportunities and
making personalised recommendations to enhance each guest’s stay
About You

looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality and eager to grow

You will
