Location: Pembrokeshire, Wales (hybrid role with a car provided)
Turner Lovell are recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to join an £1billion + turnover EPC Contractor in the electricity and renewable energy sector. This role will see you becoming a part of the well-established Commercial team that supports the Electricity transmission and Renewables team.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage contracts, sub‑contractor accounts, and project finances.
* Ensure compliance and support risk mitigation.
* Track costs and value additional works.
* Produce weekly cost/value reports.
* Analyse tenders and support operational teams.
* Collate information for monthly cost/value reconciliations and contract reviews.
Skills & Knowledge Requirements
* Strong working knowledge and proven experience with NEC3/NEC4 contracts.
* Experience in a similar position, ideally within the electricity industry.
* Background in civil engineering or electrical engineering.
* Travel as required; full UK driving licence needed.
* Experience using Oracle
