Line Chef
Location: Tattershall Lakes Country Park, Lincolnshire. Salary: £14.00 per hour. Job type: Seasonal. We need someone who understands that food and drink are central to a happy holiday. A can‑do attitude and attention to detail are essential. Availability to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays is required.
What You Will Be Doing
* Working as part of a team to prepare and cook food.
* Ensuring presentation of menu items to a high standard.
* Maintaining operational cleanliness and food hygiene.
* Supporting team members to help them excel.
* Working alongside kitchen team to maximise food margins and minimise wastage.
* Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety, Food Hygiene and COSHH regulations.
Skills, Experience, and Qualities You Will Need
* Genuine desire to create memorable meals.
* Experience of working in a team.
* Superb organisational skills.
* Experience of working in a kitchen.
Nice to Have
* Experience of working in a holiday park.
* Level 2 Hygiene certificate.
