The CoE Manager is responsible for Budgeting, Forecasting, Analysis, and Management Reporting activities for designated markets in the Europe & Middle East (EME) region. This position collaborates closely with in-market finance colleagues and the CoE Sr Manager to provide financial support for the commercial business.
The Finance Center of Excellence will be responsible for:
1. Working with the business to develop bottom-up budgets and forecasts.
2. Preparing standard and ad hoc reports, along with key performance indicators (KPIs) for the business and finance management in defined markets.
3. Reviewing financial models to ensure consistency in budgeting and forecasting processes.
4. Providing decision support to commercial leaders as needed.
Responsibilities:
The CoE Manager will primarily handle activities related to designated Markets in the Europe & Middle East (EME) region, including but not limited to:
* Preparing budgets and forecasts, supporting in-market finance teams, and analyzing revenue, pricing, profitability, investments, and other key drivers to support strategic planning.
* Assisting the Finance Director and CoE Sr Manager in developing accurate performance drivers for quarter-end closing.
* Preparing monthly Business Reviews for top management.
* Providing insightful analysis and explanations of financial results for assigned markets.
* Collaborating with ZFS (financial shared services) on month-end activities and accruals.
* Conducting profitability analyses, including price/volume and cost analysis.
* Maintaining routine communication with in-market finance colleagues and the CoE Sr Manager regarding financial close and deliverables.
* Performing ad hoc analyses, managing special projects, and reporting to improve processes and performance.
* Responding efficiently to requests from other CoE colleagues and the International Operations HQ Finance Team.
* Working collaboratively across teams to ensure continuity and effective execution of budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities.
Education:
* Undergraduate degree in Finance, Financial Accounting, Business Administration, or similar.
* CIMA, ACCA, CPA, or MBA in Finance/Accounting preferred.
Experience:
* 6-8 years of experience in financial analysis roles, preferably within a multinational company.
* Proven ability to prepare and lead executive-level presentations.
* Strong experience in business partnering and decision-making support.
* Knowledge of financial planning, accounting, and internal controls.
* Hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial management.
* Familiarity with Anaplan, SAP, Hyperion Financial Management, and/or Essbase is advantageous.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
* Knowledge of SAP, Anaplan, Hyperion, or Essbase is desirable; Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate are pluses.
