The role consists of:
* Providing personal tax advice to Clients and colleagues. Including complex technical issues.
* Advanced tax planning for high net worth individuals
* Providing support in business development
* Reviewing work from more junior team members
* Mentoring and developing the team
* Effective management of billing
To gain an interview for this role, you must:
* Be CTA qualified
* Have proven technical personal tax experience
* Be bale to demonstrate the ability to develop junior colleagues
* Have excellent communication and client relationship skills
* Be committed to continuous professional development.
