We are recruiting for a Cleaner for our beautiful, fully refurbished 10 Bedroom Hotel that is over looking the River Severn. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a part time basis of around 9-12 hours per week, but this can vary due to seasonal peaks. Hours of work are 6:30am-9:30am on Weekdays and 7am-10am on Weekends. Overview We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in various environments. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Duties Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces. Ensure all areas of the pub are clean and tidy, including restrooms and communal spaces. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to the management team. Manage cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently, ensuring they are used correctly and stored safely. Provide excellent customer service by responding to client requests and addressing concerns professionally. Maintain a positive attitude while working independently or as part of a team. Qualifications Previous experience in a cleaning role is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact courteously with clients.
