Develop and implement individualised lesson plans to address each student's unique learning needs and academic goals. Provide constructive feedback and clear guidance to help students enhance their writing, reading and analytic skills. Adapt teaching methods to support students with SEN, ensuring an inclusive and effective learning experience.Requirements: Minimum 1 year of tutoring or teaching experience in GCSE English. BA in English or an Education-related degree. Experience working with SEN students.
