Ke y Responsibilities: Assist in the development and i m plementation o f health and safety policies and procedures. Co n duct site audits, inspections, and risk a ssess m ents across depots and transport rout e s. I n vestigate incidents and near m isses, ensuring root cause analysis and corrective actions. Deliver toolbox talks and saf e ty briefings to drivers and operational st a ff. Maintain accident and incid e nt records and report to relevant authorities a s required. Support the i m ple m entation and maintenance o f quality standards (e. g. ISO 9001, BRCGS). Co n trol and m aint a in the co m pa n y’ s Training m atrix.
