A well-established and highly regarded Devon law firm is actively expanding its Residential Property / Conveyancing team and is recruiting an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to join offices across Torquay, Newton Abbot, and wider Devon locations. The Role – Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Fee Earner
You will manage a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, including:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Re-mortgages and buy-to-let transactions
* Transfers of equity and property adjustments
* New build, shared ownership, and Help to Buy
* Probate-related property sales
The firm offers strong administrative support and efficient systems to ensure manageable caseloads and high service levels.
Candidate Profile
* Solicitor, Legal Executive (CILEx), Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Fee Earner
* Minimum 1+ years’ residential conveyancing experience (flexible for strong candidates)
* Ability to run a caseload independently from start to finish
* Strong client care and organisational skills
* Both qualified and non-qualified conveyancers considered
