Interaction Education are pleased to currently be recruiting for a great school in Tower Hamlets in their search for a PA to the Headteacher on a 4 week contract to see them through until the Christmas break of 2025. This role would suit someone who is the current holder of a DBS on the update service ONLY and who is ready to start immediately in a 4 week temporary role. The key responsibilities for this role are below: Key Responsibilities: Manage the Headteacher’s diary, appointments, and correspondence. Act as the first point of contact for staff, parents, governors, and external stakeholders. Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and meeting packs. Minute key meetings and ensure actions are tracked and completed. Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information with discretion. Coordinate school events, visits, and staff communications on behalf of the Headteacher. Support with administrative tasks relating to governance, compliance, and school operations. Person Specification: Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven experience in a senior administrative or PA role (education experience desirable). Excellent written skills and attention to detail. Ability to prioritise effectively and work under pressure. High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality. Proficient in office software and comfortable learning school systems.
