Senior Administrator - Fire & Security Estimating

The Role:
* Produce and format quotations, proposals and design documents
* Request pricing and product information from suppliers
* Keep internal systems updated and accurate
* Follow up on quotations and assist Account Managers with queries
* Prepare contract documents and O&M manuals
* Liaise with suppliers on deliveries, returns and technical details
* Respond professionally to customer and supplier enquiries
* Support the Senior Estimator and Purchaser with supplier management
* Complete all tasks with accuracy, efficiency and great attention to detail
