What you’ll do
As a Relationship Management Apprentice within our Commercial & Institutional - Commercial Mid Market Team, you will:
* Liaise with customers and prospective customers, focusing on building sustainable, long-term relationships—always prioritizing the customer experience and delivering positive outcomes.
* Conduct telephone meetings with customers, including service reviews and fraud/security checks. You may also attend face-to-face customer meetings occasionally.
* Support the management of customer contact strategies through diary planning and appointment bookings for Relationship Managers.
* Provide Relationship Managers with well-researched briefs and information for their customer meetings.
* Contribute to risk management, ensuring compliance with the Bank's requirements.
* Learn and understand the end-to-end lending process and support its management.

* Promoting digital services to encourage customer adoption of new channels.
