Job Details
Hours of work: Full‑time teachers hours. Working pattern: Full‑time.
Start date: September 2026.
Responsibilities
* Lead SEND provision: ensuring high‑quality inclusive practice across the school and working closely with staff, families and external agencies to secure the best outcomes for pupils.
* Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead: promoting a culture of awareness, care and informed, reflective enquiry across the school.
* Lead attendance strategy: supporting families and ensuring every child is able to access learning consistently and confidently.
Qualifications & Experience
* Strong primary experience in SEND and/or leadership with a deep understanding of inclusive practice.
* Knowledge of safeguarding and a commitment to keeping children safe.
* Understanding of the importance of attendance and ability to work proactively with families.
* Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
* Reflective, resilient and ready to make a meaningful impact.
* Leads with empathy, clarity and high expectations.
