Key Responsibilities Deliver end-to-end project, programme, and portfolio management services. Support infrastructure upgrades, transformation, and capital delivery. Engage with clients, manage stakeholders, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams. Contribute to bidding and proposal development. Essential Experience Proven Project Management experience with qualifications (e.g., PMQ, PRINCE2, MSP, ChPP). Background in infrastructure, utilities, energy, or transport sectors. Strong delivery record across time, cost, and quality baselines. Skilled in stakeholder engagement and governance. Experience with bid processes (PQQ, ITT, etc.). Willingness to travel to UK client sites. Requirements UK work eligibility and 5 years’ residency (for SC clearance). Willing to undergo BPSS check prior to site access.
